My prime commitment is to service my customers, listen to their needs and assist whenever I can. I feel absolutely passionately about Customer Service.

All my stock is 100% perfect and inspected prior to dispatch whenever possible. I do not open sealed packaging. All items are despatched in original packaging and in brand new unused/unworn condition.

My policies are simple. I am open to all communication and offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

PAYMENT:

• Methods of payment accepted: PayPal, Nochex, Postal Order or Cheque. If sending cash please do so by recorded delivery.
• If paying by cheque I wait 5 working days for it to clear before I dispatch item(s). It takes 5 working days for cheque to clear.

MULTIPLE BUYERS:

• I will combine purchases for up to 7 days.
• There will be no extra charge for multiple items sent in one package.

SIZING:

• I provide you with approximate measurements to assist you, however, these measurements are flat measurements, so please check your measurements before purchasing any item.

PICTURES:

• I will do my very best to provide you with good pictures, however, lighting as well as monitor configuration can alter the colour of the garment.
• Again if you are not sure, please email me for further pictures or further information as I am more than willing to help.

RETURNS:

• All returns must be notified within 3 days and authorized by me.
• Only the cost of the item will be refunded.
• You must return the item in its original condition.
• I reserve the right not to refund if the returned item is stained or smells of cigarettes.
• I am unable to accept returns on lingerie or play suits due to their personal nature.
• I cannot exchange if you order the wrong size of clothing or simply decide you do not like your purchase.

• Postage within the UK is £3.50
• Postage within Europe is £6.50
• Worldwide Postage is £8.50
